1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Before Order is Shipped

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If the order has not been dispatched, we will process a full refund.


1.2 Cancellation After Order is Shipped

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may request a return after receiving the product (as per our Refund & Returns Policy).

  • Shipping charges for returning the parcel may apply in such cases.


1.3 COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Cancellation is allowed before dispatch only.

  • Refusing the parcel at delivery may result in future COD restrictions.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

βœ” Damaged, Leaking, or Defective Product

βœ” Wrong Product Delivered

βœ” Quality Issues (verified by our support team)

βœ” Order Cancelled Before Shipping

Refunds are NOT issued for opened, used, or tampered food products.


3. Refund Request Timeline

You must submit a refund request within 48 hours of delivery.

After 48 hours, refund requests will not be accepted.

Our support team will verify your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.


5. Refund Method & Time

5.1 Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be issued to:

  • The original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet/Net Banking), OR

  • Bank transfer (for COD orders)

5.2 Refund Processing Time

  • 5–7 working days after approval

  • Bank processing times may vary based on your provider


6. Return Pickup for Refund

For products that need to be returned:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (depending on serviceability)

  • Items must be returned in unused, unopened, and original condition

  • Products with tampered packaging will not be eligible for refund

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to courier the product back. Shipping cost may be reimbursed depending on the case.


7. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Items

Refunds/cancellations will NOT be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Clearance or promotional sale items

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch

  • Wrong address or missed delivery caused by customer unavailability


8. Delay in Receiving Refund

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. If still not resolved, contact us with your order details
